Design Story

The composition is built around one strong oval crest: an engraved-looking gold badge carrying LOS ANGELES, the LAKERS wordmark, the stylized L, and a ring of amethyst-toned and clear jewel accents. Below it, a banner reads 17X CHAMPIONS, followed by a gold basketball hoop and net drop that pulls the eye downward. Two small typographic lines close it out, LEGACY, PRIDE, EXCELLENCE and LIMITED EDITION, giving the lower panel breathing room. The black field does the heavy lifting here, letting gold read as warm metal and purple read as team identity rather than noise. Contrast, not motion, creates the impact.

Use & Experience
