Design Story

The composition is built as a vertical hierarchy. A crowned banner reads NEW YORK CITY across the upper band, then the eye drops into the focal panel: the interlocking NYC monogram ringed by FOOTBALL CLUB lettering, framed in scrollwork and rows of pale blue and clear stone-like accents. Below, stacked plaques carry 2013, NEW YORK and The FC made in NY, tapering with the silhouette. The palette stays disciplined \Uffffffff navy, sky blue, a single orange flicker \Uffffffff against bright silver-toned filigree, so tonal contrast carries the design rather than color noise.

Use & Experience

On a tumbler, the wraparound reads best as a front-facing crest with ornament flowing around the sides, and that is exactly how it is scaled here. The medallion sits at chest height of the silhouette, clear of the handle line, while the smaller plaques fill the taper without crowding.
